Story
While the story isn't revolutionary (bad guys cause trouble, good guy smacks them around) the setting is what truly shines through. The fusion of fantasy and modern day concepts sets the show up for some pretty funny situations. While I watched it for the laughs, I do have to say the story was satisfying enough but still leaving a possibility for a second season (which would be great).
Art
The whole show was visually appealing and battle scenes looked cool.
Sound
The sound affects in terms of background noise and battle sounds were good, but lets get to the real meat and potatoes.**Comments on the English dub** The two male leads were great in their roles having adequate emotions when they needed to. My biggest grip with the sound would probably be the female lead, who can be a bit annoying to listen to when she complains, but it was bearable.
Character
It made be an overused anime trope but I love the good guy (which is ironic) who is a hard worker. I also love the overpowered main character trope which sadly doesn't seem to do as well in Japan all of the time. (In terms of characters starting out overpowered) But Satan is a really like-able guy overall. The Hero starts of annoying, but she's fine overall, they just get her to butt heads with the MC to cause tension obviously. One of my favorite characters has to be King Satan's general Shiro. He is super loyal and often times funny, that pretty much sums him up.
Enjoyment
I have to say this is personally my favorite comedy anime. The banter between the characters can be hilarious and it's just overall a good time. The story is enjoyable enough, but the laughs combined with King Satan having his occasional kick butt moments are great.
Overall
This is just a very solid anime. If you want to relax, or want a good anime to binge watch, this is the one for you. I enjoyed my time with it significantly, and I hope you do too.
