A review of the sequel of the greatest anime of all time. In my opinion, at least. As this is a review of the second season of Code Geass: Hangyaku no Lelouch, then I assume the viewer is familiar with the original, Code Geass: Hangyaku no Lelouch as this is Code Geass: Hangyaku no Lelouch R2.

Story: 10/10

About a year has passed since the events of the first season, and Lelouch no longer has memories of being Zero. In the events that happen in the first episode, Lelouch regains his memories of being Zero, so what I just said no longer has a meaning. So, he just continues as he is, being Zero and dominating shit and shit like that while maintaining a normal school life. Suzaku, who knows that he was Zero, is unsure whether or not he has regained his memories. But only time will tell. I think.

Art: 10/10

It's pretty much the exact same art style as the first season had. You know, the season that was released just before this one? Yeah. That one.

Sound: 9/10

The soundtrack is fascinating, listen to it nao, or I'll kill ye. There's not much more to say about it, the songs fit the sad death scenes and all that, so yeah.

Character: 9/10

I accidentally pressed 2 on this, and I thought I was high when I was going to write this down. Character: 2/... That's not right. The characters are awesome and continue from being awesome from the first season. My opinions on Suzaku change on this season, and I actually think he's quite an amazing character now.

Overall: 10/10

This entire series, the first and second seasons, has got to be my favorite anime of all time. I've watched about 40-50ish anime, but out of all of them, this has got to be one of my favorites. It's great, I'd rewatch it any day.
