The Story:
I found it compelling, i'm a sucker for romance, so I was satisfied to see how things played out. I think the story had a nice drama comedy atmosphere to it, and at least we get to see Naruto show some romantic feelings toward the girl who deserved it. Some action in the mix, as well as some nice cut scenes in the end credits.
The rest of the criteria were nicely met by this movie. Just go watch it, enjoy it and don't hate it. Is a nice change of pace for the franchise, besides the story is about tweens, not teens or kids, so it had to get romantically serious at some point.
