Garzey's Wing is easily the worst anime I have ever seen. In the original Japanese version it is merely incomprehensible, ugly, and terribly written, but the English dub managed to add some of the worst acting I've heard in any production, anime or not. The story is paced like a bullet train on speed and drops so many names of people, locations, and objects in a row that I honestly wonder if this three episode OVA was originally intended to be ten, twenty, or fifty times longer. Even after seeing it multiple times I have no idea what the plot was or who anyone was or why anything was happening. However, because of its quick pace and bizarre script, this show is easily one of the most fun viewing experiences I've ever had. It manages, at the very least, to be "The Room" terrible and not "Star Wars Holiday Special" terrible.
So overall I'd give it a simultaneous 1 and 10
