This anime brought me both tears and joy, and tears of joy too. The anime in overall can be quite depressing, depending on the viewer of course, but let me just tell you all, that this anime can be depressing, but also very sweet, definitely worth your time.

Story: I found the story to be a little unique, and it just reeled me in as i grabbed the bait. After a few episodes i just couldn't stop watching, because i wanted to know more. Now as a romance lover i just felt that this anime was the right choice for me, because once the romance makes it's entrance, the anime gets really cute, but i guess it also gets a bit more depressing. Now the story is basically about androids with feelings, or so called "Giftias", and there are people who owns them. Some keeps them for business and some for romantic relationships, or maybe just a drinking friend. Problem is, these androids all have expiration dates, around 9 years. I think you understand why i'm saying this anime can be depressing now, right? I wont go further than that, but i'll tell you that's this anime is going to get cute and also a little awkward, but that's part of what makes it cute. To wrap the story up, it's packed with emotions and feels, you will feel happy and sad, and i think you will love it, not for me to say though, but that's that.

Art: The animation was perfectly fine by me, looked pretty good, didn't need time to get used to, i think aniplex and doga kobo did a great job with the art overall, and i don't think i have much more to say here, i'm not an expert.

Sound: I think sound was pretty okay in general, it matched the special effects, and so on. The voice actors were good, they really fit the characters if you ask me, it worked out nicely. If it could've been done better, that's something i cant say.

Character: Ah yes, the characters were very good. We have some cliche characters too, like a tsundere for example, Michiru is her name. I took a real interest in these characters because i was a little captured by their backstories, the backstories were really good, i really fell for the characters after that because it fit the anime's theme very well, they were kinda depressing too, but they were explained nicely, and not many characters were left out. Character development was something that played a HUGE role in this anime. How everyone feels about each other, judgement, and of course, the romantic developments. The romantic developments were proper, for once. It was well plotted, and it really made you like the characters even more,(Referring to the protagonists). Overall the characters, their backstories, and their development were very well executed.

Enjoyment and Overall: This anime is not really a happy go lucky anime, but it's gives off a lot of joy too, but it's still depressing and it doesn't exactly make you feel whole. It has a few flaws, but in general i really enjoyed it. It was a new experience on the feel train for me, and it gave me so many mixed emotions too, it just felt great watching it to the end. I rated it 10/10 because i felt like it deserved it for filling me with so many emotions, and that it still felt good afterwards. Why does it feel good afterwards? You will understand if you've seen it. Also, what made me feel really good inside was after the last episode, there was an after credits scene, and just let me tell you this, look closely at the hand Tsukasa is shaking, then you will understand why i felt happy after seeing it. Well i guess that about wraps it up for my review. I hope this review helped you understand the anime a little better, and i thank you for your time. Until next time :)
