I just had to give a 10 in every category.
First of all, the art was absolutely outstanding. It's hard to keep fighting so fluid and monsters and sceneries so detailed but the creators of this anime did just that. The sound was also amazing. Whoever was in charge of music hit it out of the ballpark so to speak in the aspect that they were able to set a tone and make it so clear whether or not it was a light-hearted tone, a serious one, or a scary one. Next is character. To me, character development is so important and the main characters all went from being selfish or childish to someone who was strong and independent. Even some of the side characters developed. Lastly is enjoyment. This anime had me on the edge of my seat (well more like on the edge of my bed) scene after scene whether it was a romance scene, a fighting scene, a circumstance that showed character development, etc.
For me, this anime had a little bit of everything that I look for in an anime. That includes humor, romance, fighting, character development, friendship, and supernatural beings. If you look for any or all of those, I HIGHLY recommend this anime. I have seen a lot of anime and even after watching over 100, Noragami is still my favorite and probably will be for a while.
