This anime was a strange experience - altogether I found it very moving, yet many of its elements alone are weak. There are loose ends, the characters don't feel fully fleshed out, and they keep playing the same goshdarned song when she casts her magic. But somehow I was compelled to watch the whole thing! The kisses were adorable, admittedly.
