The characters aren't too many except for a few new youkai that were introduce in each episode. And speaking of the cute/funny Nyanko sensei! I wish I could have him.
The story is easy to follow because it just mainly about the main character and the book of friend that consist of youkai's name. But you just have to bear with the sad past experience of Natsume that is being told repeatedly.
