Yes, as in almost everything that involved Vampires, there is always a girl whom seem to want to run away... but stays. That is almost the case for this girl.
In the beginning you may just think 'oh, another sadist anime with hot guys' You sir/miss would be correct. As the anime progresses however, the background of each vampire surfaces. This in turn shows the reason for making the anime. I found this to be entertaining because it made me think about everyone's past.
So all-in-all, this anime will only be good if you watch every episode.
