Found it one day and the name caught my eye
Parasite: The Maxim.
The show is intense and an epic psychological anime. We get to see the main character undergo all sorts of mental and physical changes, we get to see him display all sorts of emotions. Fight against a seemingly unchangeable fate. Try to keep his sanity and humanity. Hah!
Man, the setting of the show makes the anime better. An urban "normal" world gets struck by an epic change and lil' ol' Shinichi is right in the middle of all of it.
The folks that made this did a pretty good job of keeping it interesting, beginning to end. Cheers to 'em
