Kill la Kill was enjoyable, but watching the whole series, I noticed the anime kinda started to fall apart. The first 10-ish episodes (In my opinion, of course) were the best ones, but after that it got really annoyingly confusing and sometimes cliched.

I gave the story a 3 because, like I said, it was either confusing or sometimes just plain dumb. I won't get into detail, cuz you know, spoilers. but honestly though, that's how it felt.

I gave the art a 8 because it looks nice. Nothing incredibly special, it's just a little unique, especially with the font of the text flying around. It's nice to look at.

Sound wasn't horribly awful or anything, so I gave it an 8. Maybe other people may have noticed problems, sure, but I didn't. Gonna play it safe with the 8 though.

Here's the part I REALLY liked about Kill la Kill. It has great characters. We can all admit that Mako Mankanshoku was probably one of the funniest or enjoyable characters in the anime. Other characters also have great personality, especially in the first couple episodes. Many characters tell jokes and respond to them in a way that makes me smirk really big, so big my face kind of hurt afterwards. Easy 10 for characters.

For enjoyment, Kill la Kill was a nish-5 out of 10. I liked the personality of the characters, which is why I watched till the end, but it sometimes felt like one of those "I'd rather watch a little bit of something else" moments. Just barely got me to stick around till the end.

Overall, I still recommend you watch Kill la Kill. I personally may not have liked it too much, but I know some people who love it. If your skeptical of my review or you think I'm just spouting crap on my keyboard, look for another review. But in my opinion, Kill la Kill did just about enough to earn a 7 from me.
