Story 8/10- The overview says its about futaba, misunderstood during her junior years so she had to changed her personality to gain friends in high school. This conflict was quickly resolved after few episodes thanks to the main guy(kou). She reunited with her childhood love, from there I thought the pace would be faster but the story mostly revolves around kou, he's got personal issues related to his parting with futaba 3 years ago and why he changed his name. Within those conflicts they started living a new life in high school with a new set of "true friends" experiencing that blue spring ride of their youth
Art 7/10- maybe its just me, but some of the painting-like backgrounds and the blurry effects were not that effective for me.
Characters 8/10- well-portrayed characters, just the right amount of acting applicable for the situation. I just noticed a little bit too much of blushings and staring(eye to eye), i guess its a required element for romance lol!
Sound 8/10- sweet opening music, im not an expert about sound effects, i'd say it sounded the way it should sound in reality ^^
Enjoyment 7/10- I've read the manga so i felt short since its not complete. Maybe the simplicity that i noticed would be an intro for an exciting 2nd season, Hopefully.
Overall, i give it a 7 still worth your time watching, try to read the manga after completing the series, you will like it more coz i'm not sure if there will be season 2. Cheesy stuffs and life lessons are surely here, the main characters made some mistakes, it makes me even hate them sometimes, i only hated kou though because he's a slacker. In the end I realize its part of being young, and that makes a person grow.
