Definitely unless something comes out to revolutionize the anime of 2015, this is undoubtedly the anime of the year 2014/2015.
First the art was awesome, it artistic design and colorful attract the viewer. Another very important thing about Shigatsu is the music. I didn't think that a musical/drama anime would make me cry a lot. It classic music with piano and violin, I just love the soundtrack.
Kousei and Kaori are the best characters of this anime, but the others characters are important too to the story.
The story is really beautiful and lovely, the mix of comedy, romance, drama and musical is perfect.
I put a 10 score because each chapter made my feelings to flow.
Just a masterpiece.
