I don't usually write reviews, in fact this is the first one I'm writing on MAL. Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso is a beautiful anime. It is about a boy, Arima Kousei, who falls in love with a girl. Arima was a piano prodigy, but he stopped playing shortly after the death of his mother. He starts seeing his life in monotone. One day Arima meets Koari, a violinist and his life really starts to change.

This anime had its happy moments it had its sad. You are really able to feel the emotions of the characters. You will truly be able to see them develop as you watch. The anime, although it is about musicians, doesn't mean that if you do not understand music, you won't be able to enjoy it. Although I am a piano and cello player myself. I do feel as anyone will be able to love this show. You will also be able to appreciate a different kind of music if you usually only listen to modern music such as pop.

Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso is an anime I will not forget. How can I? There is truly so much about I loved. Are there parts that aren't the best? Sure. But nothing is perfect. This anime is the greatest as it gets. I really do recommend you to watch it.
