Haikyuu is full of moments where you can easily predict what is going to happen. Obviously at first I thought, "Damn, this is an aggressive anime, but its so predictable!" It turns out that was one of the many things I loved about it. Oh, and just so you know, I also play Volleyball, so theres that.

Story: It was similar to KnB, so it wasn't exactly original. The competition, the passive aggression, and well, the fact that everyone wanted to win was all similar to KnB. That doesn't mean that it wasn't good, in fact, it may have been predictable, but there were times where the characters can surprise you more than the story can... The fact that it was considered a shounen anime, made me kinda sad. I mean, I'm a girl, and and I freaking enjoyed the hell out of it. It can make you cry at times, it can make you jump out of your seats shouting, at others.

Art & Sound: The art was really interesting. I liked it, but again, it was similar to the artist of KnB. It took me a while to get used to KnB, but now that I have gotten used to it, this was even more enjoyable! Also, the music was simple, and it barely distracted you from the actual anime. You would notice it in the background, but it would mostly just add suspense and tension to the watcher as well. The sounds used for the net, balls, sound effects in general, were really good. I felt like I was actually at the tournaments, and like there was actually a crowd around me shouting for their team to win. It felt amazing.

Character: The character development wasn't as deep as I expected it to be, but it was definitely enough. I fell in love instantly with Hinata. I have to admit that Kageyama took a little more time, but hey, you need a character to change throughout the story. Karasugawa was full of some of the best characters in the story. The scary, and yet kind captain, the nice and calm co-captain, the one guy who acts like a total maniac (Tanaka), and the two main characters that are supported by everyone around them. This anime is indeed an anime that needs its supporting characters. Without them, the story would not be the way it was. Oh, did I mention that each character has some sort of "Ability"? ;)
Let me also talk about the voice actors. This show has the best of the best... Kinda... It is definitely casted with a bunch of my favorite voice actors. Okamoto Nobuhiko as Yuu was my favorite because that man is a god who can voice act like no one else. The two main characters were absolutely fit for the roll, and all the supporting characters were just... AMAZING!

Enjoyment: I loved it. What more could I say? You have to watch it to enjoy it first hand. I am a girl who found this show amazing. Also, if you play volleyball, this will definitely make you want to play again no matter the cost.

Overall: This show is meant for anyone. It has a story that will bring tears to your eyes. (Tearing up just thinking about it...) And the characters are freaking amazing. Give this a try if you haven't already, and even at times where you think, "BORING" Keep going. Maybe you will find a character you want to keep following behind~
