O K so when I first made this account I never imagined I would actually write any reviews. Like many of you (I think) I just wanted to catalog the animes I've watched and wanted to watch - it makes things SO much easier for a coach potato like me. But I felt it was extremely necessary for me to make one for Guilty Crown. This anime is not my favorite or anything so I won't just be raving about it, don't worry you can read other reviews if you're looking for that. What I want people reading this know, is that it is a game changer. Oh yeah, I said it. I'm writing this review at five in the morning and I literally just finished watching the anime so yeah best believe it's a game changer.

I never understood why people on this website would preach about not giving up on an anime after watching an episode or two. I mean, if you're not feeling it then you're not feeling it right? Wrong. TRUST THEM because I do now. I watched the first couple episodes a while ago and just dropped it because I got kind of bored. I guess some higher being really wanted me to watch this beauty because for some reason I decided to pick it up again.

NOW REVIEW TIME (sorry for the long introduction, like you even read it HA):
I started watching it again at around episode 7 and let me just tell you, from about episode 8 or 9, maybe even episode 7 - shit happens and shit happens fast. I legit was holding my laptop and screaming, "WHYYYYY" at times and maybe even shed a tear or two. Also, I noticed that when I was actually watching the anime this time, like fully immersed into GC, both the soundtrack and the artwork are beautiful. In my opinion, the artwork is on par with Tokyo Ghoul and Mirai Nikki. And the music is pretty catchy to the point that I stopped skipping the opening sequence. Overall, it was a very enjoyable anime to watch, at least after the first couple episodes.

PS Sorry if I didn't do this right I'm not in the know with proper review etiquette. lol For some reason I just really wanted to let people who were on the fence about watching it, know that they should give it a shot.
