The first half (GGO), is somewhat entertaining. Video game setting, killing/action, guns, and Sinon (not much Asuna T-T). Kirito seems OVERLY badass to the point where it's obvious that he has plot armor and doesn't seem as cool as he was in the original SAO.
The second half (excalibur/mother rosario). Was a bit dull. Kirito ofc has his group of female followers, everything seems somewhat predictable, and it was honestly not that entertaining. There are a few moments where I thought "OHHH shiiit!" but the excitement literally just faded moments after...
It just felt like the same old crap happening over and over: drama in video game, and Kirito being OP and having female admirers.
Honestly there are better shows out there. I'd only recommend it to people who liked the original SAO characters. Because the characters are the only thing that this show has going for itself.
