I recently watched Kokoro connect with a friend of mine and didn't know what I was getting into. This anime starts off as a most normal, casual anime but pulls a huge, intriguing plot and draws the viewers in. There is no direct plot of this anime but it carries out a different scenario every few episodes and is executed in a refined, high quality way.
The art style of the anime isn't necessarily super special, excluding the openings and endings.
The soundtrack to the anime was a bit generic but was used properly when it was needed and helped emphasize the moments that it was needed, helping each scene get better and better. The openings and endings were also quite subtle and well done. On an extra note: The English Dub was surprisingly well fitting and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
The characters in this show seemed to be very enjoyable and truly carried their weight while not missing much detail, excluding Oaki. Each character has a small aspect that I felt relate-able with and truly grew to love each and every character, especially Inaba.
Overall, I really did enjoy this anime and it was delightful.
