Story(as spoiler free as possible):
The story is about Tomoya Okazaki（岡崎朋也） a 3rd year high school student who meets a girl one day while walking to school named Nagisa Furukawa（古河渚）. Eventually Tomoya runs into Nagisa again and she tells him she wants to join the drama club only to discover that the club is suspended due to a lack of members. From then on the story covers Tomoya's and Nagisa's journey to restart the drama club.
The story in my opinion is good but no where near the best. There's times that it will invoke feelings, but other times it can feel slow and feel like it's dragging on. The romance is good but I've still seen much better.
Soundtrack:
The sound track for Clannad does a very good job at setting the mood. During a sad scene it makes it amplifies the feeling of sadness and during a happy scene it does the opposite by amplifying the feeling of happiness. Overall I have to say the soundtrack for Clannad is my favorite part of the anime.
Overall:
Overall while this anime isn't my favorite it's well worth watching (And for me rewatching) with good use of a sound track and an overall good story it earns a 7.
