There is something to be said for the story, it seems like it could have a solid potential, but it was cramed and hurried along.
Other animes will try to put as little plot into their episodes as possible.
In Ichiban Ushiro No Daimaou there is too much plot to follow. Everything happens so fast, with no pacing at all. You don't get to know any characters well enough to care for them, you don't get into the plot enough to care for it.
It's all done way to speedy.
This show had potential, and it's acctually very hard to think of legitimate critique which dosn't just boil down to "it was way too rushed".
Try it, I can't do it because it's so rushed that I don't get a feeling like it could have been better somewere.
Think of it as a blob of goo, it's just a blob of goo. It used to be the test-object of timetravel, but everything just melted into everything else and it's imposible to dicern any real shape or form from it.
Enjoyed for some breasts and jokes.
5.15/10 and I still didn't drop it for some odd reason. I think it could have been good, it just needed about 38 more episodes to do so.
