Okay lets start this. After finishing Zankyou no Terror or Terror in Resonance I spent half an hour thinking.
Some people complained about not so much character development, but I consider that nondevelopment necessary. People who watch Psychological anime should understand that the development which is given is subtle and make you think good. It leaves you to think and find alone the meaning behind everything, not giving you the details, so you shouldn't wait for the ravens to feed you. Zankyou no Terror does exactly that. Gives the start the end and details, everything else is up to whoever watches the anime. Because Terror in Resonance is pretty damn complex.
Story 9/10
The plot was great, you don't see often an anime about terrorists. I might say and it was an excelently put together kind of story. Sometimes it looked like it lacked in an episode and a half... but it got back up at full force. So I don't have any specific complaints about the story.
Art 10/10
Om my god... the art... it was so accurate and beautiful, it was the perfect picture for this anime . It matched the plot and the characters up to the tiniest detail. So I would call this one of my favorite art style that I've seen.
Sound 10/10
It was kind the first time I actually kept such a strict measure of the soundtracks. They really were chosen and made specifically for this. The soundtracks and art together alone could get you from feelings of sadness, joy, to melancholy and calmness. They were really abstract and stuck me good. I never actually listened to these kind of perfect match OSTs.
Character 9/10
Fine, they kind of lacked a little of OBVIOUS development. But if you watched week by week all the episodes 3 or 4 times each like I did, you would understand that I can understand their mentality and their way of thinking. The characters are intriguing, mysterious and kind of strange. But they were a breath of fresh air for me. I didn't stumble on anime with these kind of characters in quite a while and they are really interesting characters to watch and try to understand.
Enjoyment 10/10
Well, here isn't much to say. Only that it was FANTASTIC. From the first episode you get a rush of excitement that flows through your veins. The first episode was really mad, and from there on, the things get more complicated and hard to understand. But it still was a thrilling unique kind of enjoyment. I think everyone should experience this kind of thrill. It's really different from the one you get while watching Kuroko no Basket or Haikyuu!! or even Death Note. Even if this isn't your type of anime you should at last watch an episode for personal reference and experience.
Overall 10
I give it a ten because they way the story was told, the way the psychological part merged with the rest of the story and with the characters. I think I don't have anything more to say. Only one more thing, when watching this anime pay close attention to details, they say more than you would imagine.
