Such a disappointment. Golden Time fails on every level and solely because a terrible start. The relationship between Banri and Koko is so unbelievable. Why are they together? Why are they in love? What events or hardships did they go through together to make them love each other? None. Some episodes near the end Koko does not even appear. The whole time I was wondering why he couldn't be with Linda. Because he was with Koko but why was he with Koko? All the characters are "fun" but none of their motives are explained and they don't really develope. Many romance animes use events to set in stone a relationship "Theyve been through so much together". At the end of this story I wondered what Banri and Koko even went through. I couldn't think of anything. Koko is annoying with no reasoning besides "That's just the way she is" and she is a little wishy washy. Her reaction to the condom was unexpected. Overall pretty bad show.
