This anime was actually my first. This is the anime I have to blame for my "addiction" to everything anime. If you're just starting out with anime, this is the anime for you. The characters are genuine and there is a perfect balance of the serious and comedic moments. The music is incredible, even if you don't understand Japanese. I've also seen both the Sub and Dub and they're both equally outstanding. I can't seem to write anything negative about this anime. You'll end up shipping every character together because their friendship is so real and full of love. You'll want to join a baseball team by the end of this. Don't worry either, it isn't all about baseball as you may think. I hope you can learn life lessons through this anime like I did.
