The best part in it for me was the humor, all throughout the plotline bits and pieces of funny moments were put in that didn't take away from the story itself.
Another interesting part was how they display the workplace, not being a manga writer or even going into a publishing house I can't say how accurate this is but it seems like the headaches people in this field would go through.
The only downside is the ending is not to my personal liking as the words are not actually said but that is me being picky.
