I've actually played the Game on iOS, "Love Live! School Idol" before i watched the Anime so yes, that is how i actually knew about this Anime. After watching this Season and playing the Game, they seem to not be connected to each other, which is a plus to those who already started on the Game first followed by the Anime.

Story: 8
The story is entirely focused on saving the school due to low Student applicants. Honoka and her Friends decide to start an Idol Club for their school to hope to attract more students to save the school.

Art: 9
I absolutely find the Art in this Anime very cute. I also like the fact that CGI is used in the Live Shows. Some many not like the idea of 3D CGI, but it works well in this Anime where all the Characters are dancing. Its like seeing a live concert of dancers on stage dancing and you should see every move with different angles.

Sound: 9
Yes, this is a Music genre Anime, so you will expect Music to play. As with any Music based anime, its a bit difficult to Review a song because everybody has different taste in music. If you love J-Pop and Idol music (i don't know the term for it) then you will enjoy the Music here.

Characters: 8
All the Characters are sweet, cute, and funny girls that you will surely love. As the story progresses, you learn more of the characters and many conflicts they will encounter along the way.

Enjoyment: 9
I am a huge fan of these types of Anime and i really enjoyed watching it. From the comedy to the seriousness to the Drama and of course the dancing and singing. Overall, i'll give this Season a 8 out of 10 and i do recommend watching this if you love Music-genre Anime.
