All right, my first review i actually care about and put forth some effort!
No game no life is in my opinion one of the best and will have you excited from the start to the very end. Unlike most similar anime this one is quick moving and keeps you on your toes and interested.
STORY: sora and shiro come from a world similar to modern Japanese society to a world that’s a giant game board with 15 other races and a much more interesting god who is not afraid to get involved. Every conflict in this world is determined by games whether it’s who sleeps on the floor all the way up to who gets be the one true god. Upon arrival the two find that the imanity race (practically the same as the human race) has lost almost all of its land and will most likely die out soon. Upon seeing this sora and shiro decide to do the right thing and help save imanity... NOT! Those two just want to play the games.
It seems like every episode is better than the last and that’s especially true for the 12th episode. I will admit there were a few dull moments however it turns out those moments where very important. Some things can easily be missed if you don’t know what they are talking about BUT it’s explained a few seconds later. When all is said and done it seems to be unique but it sadly is not. It bears a striking resemblance to “Mondaiji-tachi ga Isekai kara Kuru Sou Desu yo?”.

ART: the art style is that of something I have never seen or at least rarely. They used bright colors and lighting a lot to ethicize the mood. Of course you should not care much about art unless it’s really bad (it’s not) or you’re an artist (I am not). Backgrounds are well done and I have not seen a flaw like two left hands yet. Animation is clean and smooth as expected.

SOUND: OSTs or Original Sound Tracks are an important part of any anime. The fight song must be perfect and match an anime or else the fight is just meh. The timing and music was well done and fits great with the animation and mood of scenes. My biggest hope is that if they dub this series they use good voice actors like they did in the raw/subbed.
The OP is pretty badass in my opinion; it’s one of my favorites.

CHARACTERS: sora and shiro sibling NEETs who are the best at gaming. Sora is the half of blank (the group of shiro and sora that is undefeated in all games) that is the best strategist and cold reader. Shiro on the other hand makes up the other half of blank that is the best at puzzles, information and calculations. These characters are not perfect no matter how much people insist they are. For example, what happens when the two are separated. They come close to losing many, many times and that’s just how they like to play. I would say they are well developed for the 12 episodes of time.
Stephanie and jibril are the other two characters worth mentioning. These two are decently developed but could use some more development; as for everyone else in the series, well… almost no real development there or air time. But that’s OK, it’s about sora and shiro and not tet.

ENJOYMENT: at this time please go to the stats tab and check out currently the chances you will like this anime, Chances are most likely high. There is a reason for that and it’s not because it a comedy or has the ecchi genre. This is a good story and I thoroughly enjoyed it to the point that I was saving it at the same time as watching it every week. There is no doubt in me that a second season is coming and I pray soon because this is too good to become another “elfen lied” or other great ones that never got another season.

In short, I gave it a 10/10 for a reason.
