The bad. There was no plot, it was just Bills coming to Earth because he thought there was an extremely powerful being. There I spoiled the whole plot. The sound was poor as there was a near non existent soundtrack and what songs it did have were cliche. The characters where the same, except showing Vegeta throwing away his pride to protect those he loves. The movie was just very boring, and I shouldn't be saying that about an action film. It tried to rely too heavily on situational comedy but went through the situations so fast that your brain couldn't connect, it made the effect of those jokes unlasting. The only time this worked was when Vegeta had to through away his pride and dance and sing, that was actually kind of funny. But the movie was overall very boring.
It did have good animation though. That's about all that was good about it.
Final verdict:
It's a waist of your time.
