Story: 8 - A group of elites who are super highschool ? are invited and gathered at a high school that has a high class. As the students are explained the rules and regulations of the school by a bear named Monukuma, he explains that there is only one way to graduate at this school and that is that you have to kill one of your classmate and make sure you don't get exposed. The other students have to guess who the killer is and if they guess right then the killer is executed but if they guess wrong then everyone except the killer will get executed while the kilker graduates.Genuinely i'm quite biased towads this series because I highly enjoy survival horror series but this series even added the whodunit element which made me enjoy this series a lot.
Art: 8 - The art was quite unique which some people bashed because they think it was one of the things that ruined this adaption while some people praised the art style for its creativity. Though I do think this anime was trying too hard but this art style is befitting for the theme despair.
Sound: 9 - To be honest I felt like the soundtrack was literally screaming out despair because it held that type of feeling whenever you hear something but its a good quality as it represents the anime well.
Character: 8 - The characters were done well as their clashing personalities lead to different suspects but from time to time I did think that 'are they stupid' because they done some... idiotic stuff I guess.
Enjoyment: 9 - I enjoyed this series highly as it held a lot of my favoured catagories. I think this series is enjoyable by people who want to watch something 'different' I guess because even the normal viewer or someone who can bare gore may not like this series.
People who liked: Deadman Wonderland, Mirai Nikki, Gantz, Btoom!, Akuma No Riddle, Another, Umineko No Naku Koro Ni, Devil Survivor 2 - The Animation, Bokurano, Corpse Party and Detective Conan will enjoy this series as they hold similar elements to this anime.
Overall: 8 - Overall I liked this series a lot and after thinking for a bit, I think this series can viewed by people who can watch a anime with dementia as this anime can fall into that category.
