A great time overall. The plot centering around identity issues was a nice idea, even when it felt a bit drawn out. The drama all felt believable, because the characters were all so fleshed out, you never had those Kimi Ni Todoke moments screaming at your screen about how these characters are all idiots. Feels were bountiful in this one, and the ending arc will just destroy your heart in all the right ways.
My only complaint is how (that one thing the main character has) can be a little hard to relate to and understand, but the characters really push the anime forward; so little complaints like that can be forgiven, like I said, I was just having a blast watching Golden Time, at least when I wasn't crying my eyes out.
