At the beginning, it is the story of a rotten demon king trying to take over the world, now becomes a story of demon king now a human with no more powers to do his evil deeds. This anime is full of comedy and surprises such as how someone who gets what he wants by force is now working to pay taxes! Even though he is a demon king. it shows how being a human being can change someones heart. It represents our hard work and humanity, that we must all take responsibility of ourselves and our actions, and how one must not judge a book by it's cover. Later on in the anime, the most reliable people and people who didn't need help at all now start to realize that you really can't do everything on your own, no matter who you are, how you were born, what particular raise or bloodline you are, it's never enough to be alone and self-relying. the anime shows how an old rivalry now becomes a comedic love-hate of friendship, but now the demon king realizes that everything he does it's now his responsibility to take care of it, and how being human can mold your heart. If you like magic and partially romance, comedy and inspiring anime, this is truly one for you. - RxR
