Anime isn´t dying... Cowboy Bebop isn´t that much of masterpiece, evangelion is though, but even evangelion had so many problems by itself and modern animes have their highscores as well, death note, steinsgate ,clannad, for example. These three show that these "anime veterans" are just mad dumbfucks. And even gibhli fucks up sometimes, Ocean Waves for example was really really bad for a gibhli.

Kill la Kill doesn´t put the bar to a new high. It´s an over the top i piss you in your neckbeard face sho(u)nen. And for what it is, a over the top action sho(u)nen, it truly was gripping and amazing. Yes, the story plots were kinda obvious and the overall story lacked maturity, but guys, ITS TRIGGER, ex GAINAX. What did you expect? This is a fun factor 9 or 10 even though a total review on an fair unbiased basis would be a 7 or 8.
