The quality of the art is the same no changes.
I think that the sound has gone better than in the first season and in the Fumoffu the sound is more detailed.
Well all the old characters and four new ones and a surprise guest as the "Sensei" of tow killers, but actually you may know who he is afther about 4 episode, well i could. :/ But he will only appear at the last tow episodes.
The enjoyment is pretty good because it has some funny parts and a ecchi one, well i think so at least. :/ And the fighting parts are pretty good too.
Overall i give this anime a 6.
P.S. The last fight reminded me the fight of Gohan against Cell, well you ll understand it when you will watch it.
