WRONG!
The story isn't rly geat, just a normal boy who starts boxing, nothing special if you ask me.
Now you may ask yourself, WHY SHOULD I WATCH CRAP LIKE THAT?, the answer is...the enjoyment factor. I couldn't believe that this show bound me that much before my screen. A feeling like that is rare...even amomg amazing anime...it's just awesome how u "feel" this show, what I want to say, in terms of enjoyment, this anime is probably one of the best ones. After I finished it, I could hardly enjoy any other show for the next 2 days, cuz I had to compare them to ippo:P
Becuase this show is pretty old the art isn't too amazing as well. I myself don't like the "oldschool-art" rly much, but the effects/drawing style of this anime wasn't too bad:D
The Sounds are pretty well placed, and for my part, I rly like them, the music is absolutely apropriate for every situation:D
The overall rating, is without question, 10 out of 10 points, don't be hesitant and check this amazing anime out!
