Kuroshitsuji is definetly must see anime!! It has a well-constructed plot and great characters. The story is filled with unexpected turn-of-events, tear-jerking moments, as well as laugh-out-loud moments and of course of nice dose of action. The characters are all unique in their own ways and, most of them, you can't help but to love. Althought it is pointed towards a female audience, with bishonens and yaoi snippets, it can also be enjoyed by a male audience. The dark atmosphere, accompanied by exceptional artwork and music, will probably be enjoyed especially by fans of darker animes. But, overall, Kuroshitsuji is a great series that you should not overlook! ^.^
