This season did not live up to the expectations we were hoping for in the first series. All the characters are same plus a few good and a few unnoteworth. But majorly all of the characters are the same. The strategic advantage lelouch had is gone and almost unused despite his intelligence. Music is the same, but fight scenes are more intense. Unfortunatly majority of the time strategy is unused and takes a more direct approach. Thus wiping the floor with the opposition. Even worse is the fact that most of the characters becomes hipocrits and do a complete 180 on thier ideals. Also 180 with character development. Some will say the ending is EPIC and possibly the greatest of all time. However, that is ruined by 180 characters and I feel that most of the characters will go to hell when this is all over. But there is challenge for the main character, but then that challenge goes away. Overall this is a decent show, but does not hold a candle to the first season and is a huge letdown for me personally. But it is still worth watching
