Diabolik Lovers is a very controversial anime, and most people either love it or hate it. I personally loved it, although this would be better as a hentai. The storyline was really bad, and it didn't really make sense and clashed with the other events in the story. This anime is primarily for girls, especially masochistic girls with fetishes for sadistic, vampiristic, fashionable bishounens. I have to admit, the blood sucking scenes were extremely sexy. The artwork was amazing, and each character had their one fashion and theme. One thing they did do well on regarding the plot is that it wasn't a cliche romance story. None of the characters really fall in love with her all of the sudden. The brothers stay sadistic until the end, even though there is still some character development. The opening and music was done well too. Overall, the anime was really good, not for the plot, but for the artwork and sexy scenes.
