The story of FMA starts slowly, and with every episode become more and more interesting, though provoking and exciting. It reaches its culminating point around 46th episode and sadly after that the story slowly deteriorates, making the ending a little bit disappoint, but still good. Overall the plot is great.

There is only one word that can be used to describe the characters and it is 'masterpiece'. There are not many anime out there, that have so many totally different characters, each with its own fascinating story and personality. My personal favourites are Lush, Izumi and Mustang.

The music is great, whereas the animation is good or even very good (especially when Alchemy is performed).

Overall, FMA is one of my personal favourites. It has a great story line with a nice bit of humor, outstanding characters, great soundtrack, and good animation. Highly Recommended!
