This 4 episode special pokemon series follows the jourbey of "Red" the pokemom trainer in making and the protagonist of the famous Pokemon games. The series basically tells us how Red's journey as a pokemon trainer started and what he had accomplished at the end of the day. As i said earlier the series follows the plot of Gamefreak's Pokemon Red version. However, since the series was so short it couldn't go through all of the Red's encounters that we have seen in the pokemon games. Basically it showcases some of the most significant highlights of Red's journey to catch 'em all!
The Animation is top notch, story plot is well thought of but i think they could've added an episode more to give it an extra point. Still, its worthwhile and i think every pokemon fans out there needs to check this series out. After all it is the original work of MR. Satoshi!!
