Kokoro Connect is definitely one of the most inspiring anime I've seen.

Story (10): The story starts out by introducing the members of the Cultural Research Club (or Student Cultural Society Club). There has been something strange going on recently: random members of the group had started switching bodies at random times! The students learn that someone named Heartseed (referred to as Balloon Vine in some versions of subtitles) is behind this phenomenon. Throughout the series, Heartseed keeps throwing different types of phenomena at the club members, and it's up to them to overcome this. The story has a good pace: it doesn't rush through important scenes and doesn't take unnecessary time with less important ones. The topics that this anime brings up about bonds, trust, and overcoming obstacles leaves you thinking.

Art (10): I'm very picky about art styles, but this one was an absolute pass! The art didn't distract me from the anime because it was realistic (especially characters bodies; they actually looked like normal human beings). Its very colorful, yet has a very slight sepia feeling to it (which I thought helped establish the mood).

Sound (9): The music and sound didn't distract me from the story, either. When there was music playing, it blended in perfectly to the scene. It also helped establish mood. I didn't give it a full 10 because the music didn't leave a big impression on me after the anime ended.

Character (10): The characters in Kokoro Connect are so well presented that they could have been actual people! Each character is unique and has his or her own weaknesses, and throughout the story, they work to overcome them. They're very realistic, and their thoughts are believable. Although one character in the anime (Aoki) doesn't have as much spotlight as the others, it didn't disturb me. The rate in which the characters change and develop is perfect; I haven't seen as realistic characters as in Kokoro Connect.

Enjoyment (10): Kokoro Connect has a lot of serious moments, but enough comedy is mixed in to make it believable and enjoyable. The story led me on and made me want to keep watching.

Overall (10): Overall, Kokoro Concert was one of the best anime I've ever seen. It's truly inspiring and leaves you thinking. You HAVE TO watch the next four "sequel" episodes after you watch this series because the last dialogue in the series would stir up confusion and the next episodes will satisfy you!
