Bakemonogatari is a very different and unique type of anime you won't necessarily get to see everyday or at least, it isn't common. I would like to say that, this anime is not for everyone. It will either bore you to death, or you will find it interesting to a certain extent and get engaged to it. Not an anime for immature brats or kids who only watch Naruto all day.

It is a very deep anime. And to understand it, you will need patience as there is lots of talking, (unlike lain ha).
Along with tatami galaxy, this anime is best known for it's dialogue and characters, making it one of its best aspects to consider whilst watching as the dialogue truly makes this an exquisite and intriguing show, also showing how loquacious and zealous Araragi and Senjougahara can be.

Story 10: I would say that the story is quite beautiful, it tells the supernatural and story of Araragi Koyomi, a half vampire that encounters characters each with a monster associated with them, for example, Senjougahara relating to crabs, Nadeko relating to snakes and Hachikuji relating to a snail. Each have a unique story line that develops their sentiments and personality, leaving the viewers astonished and mouth agape at the end of each story.

Art 8: The most subjective and influential aspect of this anime is this, the art. Many viewers have the tendency to drop this anime due to its unusual yet unique art which some people consider, "made cheaply" and "irrational". Yes, to a certain extent it is perhaps evident to some people that cheap budget was invested towards the visual side of the anime as there are at least 20 to 30 still frames with only a blank screen with a colour in one episode, this gets quite repetitive and mundane as it is used every episode. Nevertheless, it does provide a profound feeling as well as the correct mood and does manage to deliver it well to a portion of the target audience, assuming they are aimed at a more mature audience. If you get it, you get it, vice versa.

Sound 10: Its a win, especially when supercell sings the ending.

Character 10: Like i mentioned, each have a developed story and specific scenario when introduced, Araragi helps the person, PROFIT.

Enjoyment 8: It was a very good anime, that was until i found it very good and deep. Initially, i considered it as a boring one, then as i reached towards the end, it was evident how great the dialogue was if you consider it.

Overall 9: Not for everyone, especially los Naruto brats. Please if you want to watch this, make sure you are mature, especially if you are 5 years old DONT WATCH THIS, you are better off with Naruto or perhaps Aku No Hana?
