So this sequel was just like the first season to me....... it was wonderful and I enjoyed every minute of it!!
The story in the first season revolves around a traveling merchant named Kraft Lawrence and a wolf deity who calls herself the goddess of harvest and is over 600 years old named Holo.
The story goes on as Kraft tries to make Holo's dream come true by bringing her back to the place where she was born and raised.
And along the way he peddles various goods for money because he wants to open his very own shop.
The story in the second season continues off where the first season ended as Kraft is still traveling with Holo to bring her back to the place where she was born.
And on their journey you can see that there's a development of a romance there.
An example is when Kraft sold Holo to the church I think.... anyways you see Holo and Kraft and this other woman thought of a plan to make lots of money together by selling Holo to the church.
But the woman then betrays Kraft knocking him out and then taking all the money with her leaving Kraft only with the deed to the inn that they were staying at.
Now with the deed he could have used it open up his own shop but he loved her too much not to see her ever again, so he used the deed to get Holo back from the church.

So to me the story was great and it was something different where in the story takes place in the medieval times so to speak, but what really made me love this show was the romance between Holo and Kraft, yeah sure there wasn't a whole lot of romance there but the romance that was there made me love the show the way that I do now, I guess you can say that the romance was the icing on the cake for me.
I just love the openings for both season and the dub for this show was really great in my opinion.
If your a romance fan or just want to watch a really good show then this is the anime for you!!!
