Story: The plot and setting are not entirely new, combining the battle royale concept (most similar would be the Accel World I'd say) with another anime's premise of having "infinite money to fix the world", Eden of the East. That said the characters do face the problems/consequences that would come in such a given world and grapple with them realistically (grittier fashion would be an apt way to describe it). However due to the short nature of the show (11 episodes), the story gets a bit incoherent towards the end and viewers may want more (It does wrap up but feels very abrupt).

Art: The animation is good. Although the use of CG may be a bit weird at first (wasn't expecting it), it blends together well. The fight scenes are pretty good (with the exception of one that's just skipped over, you'll know when you see it), although there's some stereotypical shounen moments where despite the battle raging around the characters feel the need to talk.

Sound: Individual tracks were not particularly stand out but musical choices during the scenes always fit. The opening/ending tracks are great and were the reason I got more interested in the show.

Characters: The characters weren't exactly spectacular and ran into some tropes (most notably the MC being indecisive when given sudden power). However they are believable and understandable, with enough in the short episodes to give you an understanding of their perspective and motivations.

Overall: C definitely had more potential and would have benefited from a few more episodes, especially towards the end. However the short time frame was use well and also removed the excess that a lot other animes usually have (characters repeating cheesy lines and filler). It asked the questions expected of its premise and answers them with few "twists" or plot points that stand out. Solid viewing experience.
