This is one of the very few animes I didn't even hover over the screen to see how much of the episode was left because I was so deep into it time flew.. Before I knew it each episode was over. This is very rare for me.
Anyway I'm not here to tell you what this anime is about, you can read the summary or any other review for that. I will tell you that if you ever felt out of place or didn't have many friends like myself.. You begin to develop an imaginary persona, friends, or whatever. It took me back to those times and told me it was OKAY. Having an imagination is a good thing :). This was the magic of Chuunibyou.
It's toughing facing hardships as a kid, and no matter how lonely you are, the imagination will always be there to make things easier.
Story 10/10: Unique (to me at least), deep, good message.
Art 10/10: The scenes at night time with all the lights my goodness.. The feeling it gives you... no words.
Sound: Beautiful, reminded me of the clannad soundtrack a bit.
Characters 10/10: The selling point here!!! The characters are lovable and you grow an attachment to them, very impressive for a 12 episode series. First time I was this attached to almost every character.
Enjoyment 10/10: Like I said, I flew through the episodes before I knew it the series was over. I laughed, cried, and smiled.
Overall 10/10: Excellent series, however it did lack one thing for my taste.
