Preliminary (9/13 eps)
After being an avid reader of the Manga series, I was greatly looking forward to delving into this anime.

Though, it seems to stick quite well to the manga for the most part, I find it lacked the same excitement that the books did. When carried over to an anime I found it dull at times and slow moving at others. I had to watch it in between other anime, and could not sit through more than three episodes at a time.

The art does not disappoint. It's the cutesy style and light palette that you know and love from Shojo anime series, and doesn't lack in the detail department.

As far as the intros and openings go I found them very fitting and overall adorable. I could actually sit through them at the start and end of the episodes without being thoroughly sick of them by the end of the series. A+ for that.

If you read the manga the characters are sure to not disappoint, though without having read it first you might find them a bit flat and cliche. "Young school girl falls in love with semi-out of reach male." sums it up pretty well.

I find no re-watch value in this series, however. It was definitely worth watching, even though it was dull at times. I would recommend it for a rainy day when you need something light and cheery to pick you up.
