I loved this anime series. I honestly wasn't sure what to expect when I began watching it but I genuinely enjoyed it. This show for me was funny, touching, thought-provoking and had elements that were original to me. I don't usually watch anime that is revolved around school life but I did like how this show wasn't focused on the school life, but was focused on the life of school kids. If that makes sense. Like it wasn't about the routine of daily school life, but more about the personal connections and lives of these people. And I very much liked that.

It dabbed into the supernatural side and though that usually kills it for me, it surprisingly added a new dimension for me and kind of got my philosophical brain all active. It added a lot of depth for me, and although it didn't exactly need it, it mixed things up and made them more interesting.

I like how I could feel the emotions of the characters and what they were going through without it being forced in my face or deliberately trying to make me attached to them, but simply as if I was an observer rather than the audience.

It wasn't special, it didn't blow my mind, but I very much enjoyed this anime. And the music was a huge plus, I still listen to some of the songs, and it was very feel good as well. For me it was like waking up from a nice dream. Also in the sense of how random it seemed at times. But mainly in the sense that it left me with a good taste in my mouth, it felt refreshing, and although it's not one of my favourites, I would recommend it to many. :)
