Hataraku Maou-sama! caught me off guard of how well and hilarious it is. Every episode left me wanting for more. By the time I finished, I just realized how much time I used up haha.
Story (9/10)/ Enjoyment (10/10)
Just a few episodes in just got me hooked in. Every episode left me curious (heh hyouka reference) that I would just simply keep watching. Hataraku's comedic sense just amazed me. I found myself laughing in every episode. However, there are those cliche parts, but not every anime is perfect.
Art/Sound (9/10)
The artwork and sound are perfectly fine. Nothing that I know of annoyed me when I was watching it. The sound is placed correctly to the point that I was able to foreshadow something funny, epic, etc. The artwork is pretty cute and hilarious at times.
Character (9/10)
It's hard for me to not spoil this part xD. Anyways, a demon king turns into an ordinary human. Think about it, how would he react? Well watch it lol. The character development is so.. sudden, and that is not a bad thing. It provides comedic sense and just fits in with the amusing storyline.
Overall (9/10)
I personally enjoyed Hataraku. It contains a great storyline which fits in the character development. The Art and Sound are created nicely with the story. These aspects makes Hataraku a wonderful anime to watch as I watched all the episodes in one sitting xD.
