"Seto no Hanayome" is a Romantic Comedy anime that doesn't so much focus on the romance aspect to get you through the story as much as it's comedy. The anime starts you off with a rom/com feel, but it quickly digresses into comedy that overwhelms the romance aspect. There are still your typical romantic moments here and there between Nagasumi and Sun, as well as Lunar and co. I would've wished to see more romance in the series but the humor in the show was funny enough so that I didn't mind. A good portion of the humor in this anime was parody based. For example, Lunar's father is parodied after "the Terminator" which leads to utter hilarity in the moments when he is present. One thing I loved about this anime was its Music. Most of (if not all) the vocal music in this anime is done by the seiyuus of Sun and Lunar. The songs range from funny, to catchy, to awesome in this series. My personal favorite in the series is the opening "Romantic Summer" by both Sun & Lunar. All in all, a really funny anime with some nice romantic moments in between all the chaos. Highly recommended!
