Most of us who went through their childhood with games or tv shows must have this feeling of amazed when they are exposed to awesome characters to the extend that they wanted to imitate it. Take for instance, a child took a towel or a cloth and pretended it as a cape hanging over their back and holding a stick or an umbrella or any items possible. Then, they started to shout ridiculously long and confusing strings of words and jumped around. "Chuunibyou" has the similar meaning but mostly refers to teenagers.

"Chuunibyou demo Koi ga Shitai!" is an anime whereby the main character, Togashi, Yuuta trying to get over his chuunibyou and wanted all his memories about it vanish. How? The anime started off with him go to a high school far away from where he stay so that he do not meet with his middle school friends, who know all about his "Dark Flame Master"'s moments. Why? Because its embarrassing that's why. He is trying his best to turn over a new leaf at high school. However, his plan did not turned out well.

He met with a girl, his classmate, Takanashi, Rikka who are still having the chuunibyou syndrome. She wears an eye-patch claiming she has this special eye of truth which is real judging by the colors! Before we knew it, her secret is exposed, she wore a colored contact. However, she know all about Yuuta's secret being a Dark Flame Master and thus his embarrassing moments continue to torment him even he tried to escape.

The anime continues to reward us with laughing moments and the epic Rikka's battle imagination although all she did was swinging and jumping around in reality. We are then exposed to more characters and know more about one's interesting background. Finally, we got a total change of atmosphere of the anime, which I'm not gonna spoil you guys but it probably won't let you guys down.

Though I'm not a master in determining the art or sound quality but I felt that they are great. The opening and ending are alright, there are a few times I did not skip them.(Well, I am lazy sometimes but they are not half bad as you listen) The voice actors for the characters seem to fit one another quite well, none of them seems weird or out, I give a thumb up for that.

Personally, I enjoyed the anime. Although it did not win as the perfect anime but its great and I recommend to those especially who enjoy slice of life anime. Be kindly reminded that this anime is not an action anime. I give it an 8 out of 10. In addition, its been a while since I saw a perfect couple match, just my two cents about this, I found them quite cute and fit together.

I'm still learning to write a good review so I hope this review is suitable. Thanks guys!
