The story is almost non-existant, which usually isn't a problem. I like slice-of-life. But the overall concept of Rosario was so interesting, it seems like such a waste of potential.
Art? I mean, they knew how to draw panties pretty well. And the second season's opening is rotoscoped, which is pretty cool.
The sound is nothing spectacular. Most sound effects here could be found in a soundboard somewhere.
To be fair, I did like some of the characters by the end. I really was rooting for the obvious main pairing. But overall, they cast is just a generic set for a harem anime.
Like I said, it's good enough to watch, but it will leave you with an appreciation for better anime.
