They're really similar except in Wallflower it's one girl and group of boys and in Kuragehime there's one (cross-dressing) boy and group of girls. In both the boy(s) try to make the girl(s) who don't care about their appearance look beautiful.

Taking place a in modern time setting, we have a =cast of characters in a colorful story. The main female character aren't very attractive but does try to find a way to fit in. Their relationships with others evokes a variety of emotions. Both series are also known for their comedy. Do take note that Kuragehime has some more gender bender tropes while Yamato relies more heavily on its gags. However, if you're a fan of a humorous story with fashion and style, then give both a shot.
The Wallflower and Princess Jellyfish are two manga aimed at women about an unconventionally attractive women with geeky obsessions. The female lead is fairly sheltered and definitely knows nothing (and probably doesn't care) about beauty... but with the help of a surprise new friend, that starts to change, little by little. These two manga are also fairly humorous with some honestly strange (haha) senses of humor.
